Dingdoor Terms of Service

Welcome to Dingdoor! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dingdoor mobile application and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”), provided by Dingdoor, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Subscription, Connection and Priority Services

1.1 Subscription Plans: Dingdoor offers subscription plans for service professionals (“Pros”). Subscriptions are available on a monthly and annual basis. Subscription payments allow Pros to purchase Connections at a discounted rate.

1.2 Connections: Dingdoor offers the purchase of Connection. Connections allow Pros to interact with Customers.

1.3 Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee for Pros is $19.99 USD. Pros can choose to start their subscription at any time.

1.4 Priority Connection: Dingdoor offers users the option to pay for a Priority Connection when requesting services through the app. Upon completing the payment, Dingdoor will attempt to contact the user within a maximum of 10 minutes.

Payment

2.1 Payment Methods: Subscription and Express Connection payments are processed through Apple Pay or Google Pay or Stripe, as available on the Dingdoor app.

2.2 Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions: Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month or year (depending on the frequency selected) unless canceled by the Pros. Payment will be charged to the Pros’s Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

2.3 Cancellation: Pros can cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple Pay or Google Pay account settings.

User Content

3.1 Posting Content: Pros may create posts on Dingdoor to offer their services to Customers. By posting content on Dingdoor, Pros grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the Service.

3.2 Content Guidelines: Pros are responsible for ensuring that their posts comply with our Content Guidelines, which prohibit the posting of illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Privacy

4.1 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by Pros and Customers. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Termination

5.1 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice or liability.

Disclaimer

6.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

9.1 Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
