Throughout the project, we cover floors and nearby furniture, protect hallways, and remove debris daily to a designated area on the property. Once the project is completed, we remove everything and leave your space completely clean and ready to use.

We include the association permit in the quote unless it requires very specific procedures. City fees or permits, if required, are quoted separately, and we guide you through the entire process.
